Advantages of PLC control cabinet in CIB cleaning system

Finally, it can also automatically start the clean water flushing link to flush the system and prepare for the next cleaning. Data recording and monitoring function

The PLC control cabinet can record various operating data of the CIB cleaning system, such as the time of each cleaning, the amount of cleaning fluid used, the pressure and flow changes during the cleaning process, etc. These data can be transmitted to the host computer or other data storage devices through the communication interface, which is convenient for users to query and analyze.

For the monitoring function, the operator can view the operating status of the cleaning system in real time through the human-machine interface (HMI) of the PLC control cabinet or the remote monitoring system.
